Best way to prepare for the 5 story stair climb on the firefighter phsyical test? - firefighter weight vest
It's part of the fire test of physical mobility, when it put on 60 pounds on the back and climb the rungs of a history of 5, then back down.
What is the best way to prepare for this purpose in the gym? Which exercises should I do? Im not going to fall on the ridiculous amount of weight jackets that can be bought in stores.

I suggest practicing on a royal flush, if there is an option. If you do not want to buy a weighted vest, I say, they simply use a 50-pound sack of dog food on his shoulder and run with it.
I suppose you could use a stepper in the gym, but not exactly the same .. So simple that you could take one of these platforms at affordable prices and step by step, in practice, at home with a bag of 50 pounds of dog food ..
