Rolling Shopping Cart Should Stores Be Responsible If Their Shopping Carts Damage Your Car?

Should stores be responsible if their shopping carts damage your car? - rolling shopping cart

If the roles unattended shopping comparison buy it, the parking lot and struck his car, the seller must be responsible. After all these companies (eg Publix, Kroger, Wal-Mart) have the option of baskets that have failed to pass in the last minute or unsupervised, though.

Regardless of what banks do, there will always be buyers who do not return their shopping carts, which Corall appropriate. Some stores have an employee who collects cars continually clear the parking lot, but not many shops. I think all companies should have to buy a golden retriever because it scratch be very annoying to a thing or because of unattended cars get. It is also very annoying not to see a break point in use cuz that is full of good cars.

To do no return bid to prevent them from it. It is your responsibility to ensure that some people are lazy and leave them somewhere in the parking lot.
