Prenuptial Agreement Michigan My Boyfriend And I Are Planning On Getting Married Should I Sign A Prenuptial Agreement?

My boyfriend and I are planning on getting married should I sign a prenuptial agreement? - prenuptial agreement michigan

He has children and pay child support. To make sure I have my finances and not part of your payment for a marriage contract should I file? Will it be enough for me, so that no part of your child support?

Talk to your lawyer, he will contribute to the development of an agreement to protect you.

When my husband and I are married, our lawyer advised us to keep our finances separate, so that his ex-wife could not try to attack my salary. Legally, he can not, but we can make things really sticky if it is a lien on all accounts in the name of my husband there (he is still paying back when he fired from his job).

So my advice is to take control of separate accounts. We even have the house and our home loan in my name, because we are not all means hang on to our property.

No, unless the IMO to make millions of dollars or a business, there should be no pre-PIM agreement.

I prefer to separate bank accounts, paid to keep the child support. That's what we have for our former performed with the support of children when the former was an attempt to evade the payment of other income.

Your income will not be calculated as the number of allowances. However, I would suggest a marriage contract. It's just a good idea was.
